Back in June, Romney urged conservative business owners to tell their employees how to vote 

In These Times has republished audio from a June conference call sponsored by the far right wing National Federation of Independent Business (which does *not* speak for the majority of small business owners) in which Romney suggests that those listening to the call communicate their views about the upcoming election to their employees.
