Boy Scouts may soon welcome gay youths, leaders
The Boy Scouts of America are considering ending a discriminatory policy that prohibits gay men and boys from belonging to the organization. The policy would not be overturned nationwide, but individual troops or councils could choose to welcome in gay youth and leaders.
